OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We want you to get your order as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly. We do not ship to U.S. territories outside of the contiguous United States (including American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)
Reminder: All customized products will require additional processing time.
SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. Premium and Express orders should be placed by 12:00 PM ET for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas.
SHIPPING HOLIDAYS
Cute Snoots and UPS will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2024. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.
CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES
Cute Snoots uses UPS Ground service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. To check your order status, click here.
SHIPPING TO A PO BOX
Cute Snoots ships UPS Ground within the continental U.S. & Alaska & Hawaii. We offer UPS SurePost option if you wish to ship to a PO Box. Please select UPS SurePost as your shipping option in checkout. Not all products are eligible to ship to a PO Box.
ALASKA AND HAWAII
Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii are available to be shipped via UPS SurePost or UPS Ground. Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Cute Snoots does not currently ship to locations outside the United States.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Cute Snoots products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days* of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging, and it meets the remaining eligibility criteria outlined below. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

INS AND OUTS OF THE Cute Snoots RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met:
*Please note: orders placed between 11/1/24 through 11/30/24 are eligible to be returned within 60 days of original purchase. All other orders are eligible to be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Times may increase during peak holiday periods. Refunds will be returned to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase. If you used multiple forms of payment, your refunds will go back to all payment methods used. Cute Snoots does not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for returned products unless a Cute Snoots provided merchandise credit was applied to the original purchase. Cute Snoots does not accept returns on customized product.
Cute Snoots does not offer returns on products outside of CuteSnoots.com. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies – please contact them directly for more information.
A return material authorization ("RMA") number is required for all returns, which is generated within the Returns portal. If you choose to return your product by methods other than the free UPS shipping, option, you will still need to obtain the RMA number prior to shipping the product back to Cute Snoots. Any shipping costs from the original order and any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders shipped to an APO/FPO address are not eligible for free return shipping.
For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order on CuteSnoots.com for the correct item.
Cute Snoots does not price match with dealers or competitors.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:
If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box (do NOT write directly on the product). We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
